In his over 20 years of experience Mr. Mergler has done everything from being a technician in the field pulling cables and setting up computers and network equipment to leading national scale projects for clients across multiple project scopes.

Mr. Mergler operates under a very simple philosophy when it comes to working with others including clients.

There is no project to small to make the client feel they aren't the most important people in the world or to large as to ignore what the clients want to begin with.

Always trying to build his team into the best there is in the United States he always tells his teams ." Problems will arise from time to time. It is almost inevitable that we will have issues from time to time. It is the very nature of the beast that we deal with, It is truly how we deal with these issues and how we get our clients through the issues that will inevitably define us as the company we wish to be."

Mr. Mergler knows this all to well as he was part of the very first project teams that installed passive Voice over IP in the world first in some test bed apartment complexes in Arlington, Virginia in the late 1990's to the Waldorff Astoria hotel in the 1999, In addition to the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Il and approximately 300 other locations nationally.

In 2000 Mr. Mergler then left that venture and went to install some of the first CCTV over Ip projects in the country for the DC Public School system in Washington DC.

He followed that venture up by working with Computer and Hi- Tech Management in Washington DC to install and design a VOIP Network for the United States Department of Commerce for the OSEC (Office of the Secretary of Commerce) HQ Washington DC.

In 2002 Mr. Mergler Open and founded ITS in Fairfax county  Virginia. 

During his tenure as the President & CEO of the company he has lead multiple national size projects for a number of clients.

These have included Voice over IP roll outs for 3000 best buy locations across the entire United States.

The support of Voice infrastructure on multiple aircraft plants for a large aircraft manufacture across the United States.

including the installation of Network Infrastructure in approximately 30 major retailers locations across some 300 plus stores in the United States.

Mr. Mergler has proven track record has a leader of projects and leading to successful resolutions for clients across the country.
